trip hop like this is wicked to chill to, but i wouldnt really have described it as ambient
check out fridge, their stuff is pretty cool, if you want ambient, but stuff thats got melody and beast as well, also king of woolworths.. thats sort of more upbeat, but not really trip hop.... it has less commerciall appeal than that sort of trip hop
