Isn't is odd that you have a track for a long time, you heard it millions of times but only after a long time you discover something special in it?
Witchcraft - Witchcraft Magic 6:23 - end
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCKING GREAT BUILDUP FOLLOWED BY HEAVENLY GOA MELODIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And who said old school goa sucks? :D |

Well I never really listened to that track... Only heard it in the background. I think I need to listen to all of my tracks, maybe I'll find some secrets too :-) |

That really a known phenomena... you listening to a track once,twice...you hear something - and you say - wow nice track ! :)
then after a year you listen to the same track to bring up some memories and you DISCOVER (yes it's like hearing something new) some things that you nevever heard before in that track.
I know a man who did it to me like 10 times on the same track - many of them Simon P :)

Hallucinogen - Trancespotter
Check out all the little touches in the background... it's really at it's best at the multi-layered bits... just all of those small touches, lines that are really in the background, but all of them are genius :)... it's one of Hallucinogen's less obvious tracks (even though most people just enjoy the flow of the music in the track, it's really much deeper than that). |

I had that happen with many tracks, most noticibly: The first one, Astral projection, liquid sun. I have the album for two years now, only two months ago i realised how magnificent and amasing this track truly is.
Maybe that's how truly good trance defines itself, "hard to get"
BOM!!! |

"Well I never really listened to that track... Only heard it in the background." Yeah some times this is really annoying cause you miss many many details from the track which can really leave you with no impression for it at all. I once heard Xerox feat. Passenger - Angel Kaya Remix in the background and never really payed attention to it till i heard it again {thank God i did) :) Witchcraft Magic is really great man, nice choise. |
