I want this one for a long time... That woman speaks too fast for my poor english deal with it...
The original is by Yazoo (not psytrance). I don't know for sure who made this rmx.

Here's what I can make out so far ...

The above seems to be from the Queensland weapons licencing regulations and the voice is definitely Australian!
