place the locators in the appropriate place. hit the "S" key on your keyboard with the channel you wanna hear on Solo selected. if you want to loop it, press F12, and make sure the middle button on the left pannel is lit. otherwise you can also click on the "/" key on your keyboard to toggle it on and off.
