Well man this is much better than last one you tryed.
If you push this a bit more it's the dancefloor that will be flamed with it!!! 
The bass line its there just think you need some more work on the Hi-Hats when its comes out its nice like this but after the break in the end of the mp3 you should bring it all together but this time instead of only one hi-hat i think you should do like a hi-hat percussion with several elements like closed hat, ride, difrent types of hi-hats, try it and see how it sounds.
Btw the distorced percussion is also nice, just think you should filter it and open and close this filter as long as the track goes for example start with closed filter and as long as the track goes open it.
Only one problem the voice sample isn't very clear i don't understand what the guys says.
Just keep this work i'm sure you can take somehing from here.

OK, this one isn't full-on but techtrance ... Seems to be going in an interesting direction - developing very nicely so far. Great SFX work. I'd go for a much more bombastic sound in everything - but then again, I was never a big fan of the delta's soundwork.
Keep us posted as to how this track develops - looks very promising so far.

Hehe youre right Jason, ive made a 2nd master on it... This isnt mastered at all, straight from the mixdown...
Youll ear it again  with a noticeable bassline..
