Does anyone know if it's gonna be an outdoor party ? I hope so... and why so many rooms ? haha guess I'm just not acustomed to the concept...

Oh and somebody message me where the party location is and price? and is there still early bird ticket, if so i'll have my mate from over there pick them up.

EVENT UPDATE >>>

Futhur Project meets Crystal Yamantaka:

.:Crystal Yamantaka:. Crystal Yamantaka started out as a venture into the unknown for Cash, Ash and Hamish. Their desire to organise an psychedelic night with the focus on a friendly, welcoming vibe and good music quickly grew into one of the biggest events of the northern calendar. In focusing on giving opportunities to young artists, supported by the occasional act such as OTT, Kuba, Shane Gobi, Edoardo or Ans, projects such as Flip Flop and Roobix Q-Bit were able to test and develop their skills. Having been quiet for several years this Organisation is making a return.

.:Furthur Project:. Furthur Project's ethos rests upon openly sharing and broadcasting up-and-coming talent from within the digital arts, whilst also promoting this through events held regularly at 93 Feet East, London. Borne from an idea started in Leeds, Furthur Project has taken the London party scene by storm with their Sunday daytime parties featuring the best in Minimal, Electro and Progressive music. Artists such as Symphonix, Dick Trevor, Darshan/Excession and Ignorant Fairy having already graced the stage, and performances from Anti (Spiral Trax) and Feurehake are pencilled in for the New Year. Aside from events, Furthur Project also provides the opportunity for budding artists to gain more experience, whether through contact with experienced industry professionals, mastering services, or the opportunity to perform Furthur events. For more information visit www.furthur-project.com.

This epic 700 capacity dance floor [the biggest indoor prog room to date in the UK!], with a HUGE 25k of the very finest Opus sound promises to be the new benchmark in the prog scene which is presently sweeping through the world.

With Ace Ventura [LIVE!], one of the most respected and booked artists on the planet, alongside Kasey Taylor [DJ], Klopfgeister [LIVE!], Side A [LIVE!] and the movers and groovers of the London scene this is the room to be in!

Here you can see a recent Ace Ventura Live Show!!

Electronica / Ambient / World Music

Gandalf's Garden Party meets Dakini Records

Gandalf's Garden Party will celebrate a fusion of music, magic deep in the heart of the Alpha Omega event on March 1st 2008.

Fusing musical styles from Acid Folk to Progressive Rock & The Canterbury Scene through to modern day Electronica and Psychedelic music the Garden Party will take you on a magical journey through sound.

Gandalf's Garden Party will be hosting the chill out in conjunction with Japanese based record label Dakini Records http://www.dakinirecords.com/ home to among others Makyo & Greg Hunter (Spectralite) who will be spinning the latest sounds to come from the Dakini Stable in 2008.

Makyo

Makyo is the bench mark in Indo-Arab Electronic Fusion. His music is am intricate, interwoven collage. Live instruments and vocals are fed into the sampler to be cut up, and arranged in radical new sounds.

:: Info from Dakini Records ::

'Makyo spins almost every weekend somewhere in Tokyo or other parts of Japan -- he has a particularly strong following amongst Tokyo's booming bellydance scene for his dancefloor mixes of tribal dub and eastern grooves.
Residencies include Dakini Nights (ambient), Orient Express (ethno), and Tribal Fusion Night (tribal!) As a dj, Makyo has spun alongside, Steve Hillage/Mirror System, Mixmaster Morris, Karsh Kale, Alex Patterson (The Orb), Haruomi Hosono (YMO), Adham Shaikh, Dj Yakuza, Bombay Dub Orchestra, Cheb-i-Sabbah and more.'

Makyo ... wow .. amazing to have him join us from Japan! .. one of my ALL TIME favorite artists .. his music is just sublime!

Makyo will be DJing at the event accompanied by vocalist Nona Kalra and further performers currently being selected. If u a Makyo fan or like the downtempo world music fusion .. this is going to be an amazing rare treat!
