As u show my work : http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display_release.asp?id=4011 ... I can explain... sometimes u are free to create and sometimes u have a specifications with the wishes of the artists or the label... in this sample it's a wish from artists.
Hope I give u some light about ur question and don't worry when designer are free they do lots of other pictures in different style
