hey i achieved a nice FX yesterday, when i put a piece of aluminium-paper (the one used for foods) inside the microwave... with a bit of knob tweaking (time and watts knobs) i got a very sparky FX! almost blew me away!!!

Hey guys, I found something crazy:
http://www.tank-fx.de/
This is almost exactly the free reverb-unit mentioned before
Go to "record sample", make the settings u want (wet/ dry, sample format, normalize) and then go to record and load up an audio file up to 60 secs.
Your sound will be played in an 11 meters high tube and then be recorded again, you get it back with the wetness you have chosen before.
Listen to some samples in "beispiele" and see some pics in "aufbau". Unfortunately it's german language only but I think it should be no prob - ask me for translation.
bye - martyn

Hi everybody...i'm new here
Good to see a forum dedicated to what we love...
Hey, Martyn...
Would be nice if they also gave outputs in.wav format.
So you could give them a sample of a starter-pistol...so you can make an Impulse Response out of it !!!
This way you can apply it on everything U want (if u have an IR-reverb unit offcourse...
I'll try contacting them, see if they want to help me make this possible

@BLiXeM
yeah, impulse responses would be nice, too. But I like this almost magical thing to be able to send a sound through a wire from all over the world and sending it through an old industrial tube and get it back with this original completely analog reverb
