Raja Ram has been in music business for 40 years. From his early jazz days, through to the cult 60's psychedelic jazz rock group Quintessence. He then found electronica in the 80's. In 1990 the infinity project began, it formed the basis for TIP records, now TIP world. Instigator of Shpongle, Yeti, Crystal skulls, Cyberbabas, and now 1200 Micrograms, Raja Ram is a mover and innovator. One of the most in demand DJs and live performers on the scene, his energy and professionally is legendary and boundless.

A master of many styles and one the best mixers around, he is one of TIP.World and 10 Kilo's main DJs regularly representing both labels as far afield as Mexico, Portugal, Serbia, Poland, Israel, Greece, Denmark, Finland, UK, Australia, Japan and Switzerland. Now this will be for sure a K.A.R.A.H.A.N.A party !!!!
I can't wait to see the master at play its been around 3 years since the last time he was here for Syntetic Sadhus and it was a blast. But where's all the excitement trance heads? Even for the crowed that has vanished along the years I know you're out there and I hope to see some old faces reuniting for this killer, not to be missed out party...I'm counting the days left and for sure I'll be dancing  , jumping  , and tripin  in front of the stage.
For the people that can't make it to Gaia and will be in the city...see you guys there for our journey to the unknown!!!

Hey nice to see Raja back in town . Last time i saw him was at the last synthetic sadhus ,unforgetable set . I dont know if is my cup of tea nowdays but ill try to make to this one . Brahma also should def. worth the trip ; )

lucas is the real deal. if you don't believe, check out the latest v/a from TIP which he compiled. the best stuff from the label in years. raja will probably play a mix CD, but his taste is surprisingly solid. brahma's art actually might be the highlight of the party though. too bad this party was scheduled oblivious to the biggest annual festival on the east coast. |
