All time best - IsraTrance charts

You know someone is always asking for recommendations on what is new or what are the all time classic albums. Or wandering what your choice for best album ever is or which are your top 10 cds, or which are your all time fav tracks.
So I propose a section where anybody can look up this information by statistics from suggestions submitted by the Isratrance users and arranged by number of votes and rating.
So if you are out of the scene for a while you can just catch up here fast and see what is hot no matter if its old or new. The CD review section is great but you have to go through with many reviews and well if you could just know right away which albums are the best rated and enjoyed the most by IsraTrance members that would be cool.
Maybe limit the vote to one IP address and let them give a quick star rating on several sections like most psychedelic, best dark, best track, best ever, maybe best by year, etc The IP address vote limit is to try and make each vote/rating legit.
And you can always change your desicion so that the charts keep alive with what is hot and what really is timeless. Its probably a lot of work but it might be a cool thing.
Anyways, its just a suggestion, maybe it has been done and I don't even know about it.
