if u can from different companies, and prices (of new only)

Humm... I think all u need to be a dj is... MUSIC!!! 
Of course it´s not all, but I don´t really understand your question. U don´t need to HAVE all equipments do be a dj....

why do you need any particular equipment? 
im kidding man, but actually i dont think anybody here may manage you a complete correct list of dj's hardware.. any dj got his taste, they all use different equipment
