i dont if its from the sample but several sounds are weird, begining with bass. fix the bass, spend more time and work more the eq on kick/bass! the hi-hats and the metal sounds also weird! try to fix the hats and the drums and them a bit closer to the listener! also don't forget that some of the other sounds used are too closer to the listener, try to get a better mix! work leads you to sucess! 
not bad construction for a 1st try but you need to work more!

I can't allmost here nothing else than lost quality sounds ...
Anyway, did u used a delay on you're first qrackle?
if not, do it 
+ it needs more variation in rythm
nice synthsounds (especially that watersound)
Could get a very nice track
