It took a lot of deliberation (and a lot of digging) but the 2nd mix in the series is finally ready. Like the last one, it's inspired by the very earliest techno/trance parties in 80s Goa.
I wanted to show a broader spectrum than the first mix, so there's quite a range of different styles here. The 1st half is more trancy, more 4/4, and leans heavily on the Italo and Belgian sounds of the day. The 2nd half goes into more experimental psychedelic territory; night time jungle freak out music.
No claims to historical accuracy are made!  But if I were a dj in Goa back then, these are the sort of tracks I'd play.
