Well search a found nothing that talked about it...
So here is what i found...
While listening to the new Alien project Album i realized that there is a song named DEEPER, which is nothing else than a well done remix of a song that had been released 5 years ago by MOTORCYLE a side project of Gabriel and Dresden featuring the voice of Mrs Jes Brieden.
now i was lucky enough that my buddie had it original so while going through the booklet i see that he doesnt gives o mentions either name of the original makers or the name of the project which is Motrocycle.
whats really weird its that it comes as written and produce by Ari Linker....

what i meant is, after aztechno dream who would ever though he will do this again!.....
stealing music or copyrights is not even fun....

there is alot of tracks like this one
just few examples:
1200 mics- high paradise ....is iron maiden - fear of dark
1200 mics - acid for nothing.....is dire straits - money for nothing
perplex vs dino- sex drug....is beck - sexx laws
.....this is not stealing?
almost all producers riping voices from movies....are you sure its not stealing?

However whereareas a Lyric had been written and sung and holds a copyright* of the same deserves being mentioned or at least give some credits for it.
you example is a good one, with a slight diference, the songs you mentioned only the musical structure were used and taken.
in this case, besides that, we are talking about a LYRIC as well.... otherwise, they wouldnt even bother to call themselves MOTORCYCLE and instead they would have released it as Gabriel and Dresden song.
but it is not, the motorcycle project features that creativity of writting a lyric for a song that goes way further than that.

in any case let me point out that I opened this thread to see how is the thinkin' nowdays about this kind of things, you get me?.. now ,think ths is cool to be doing it, or not, is it just wrong?.. never to damage Ari's reputation.
that's not happening and it will never happened..... he is a star and people love him.
I even own his albums ordered from Psyshop.
He plays incredibly Dj Sets and stuff, as a Dj.
once I was told about the aztechno dream thingy thing* I didnt dig that and I wont.
my thought: think this is not the right thing to do IMHO...

Yet he did. I remember same issue with a Talamasca track and Alien Project tune.
Can't understand how an artist lives with his inner demons after doing such things

BTW the track sucks, what was Ari thinking when putting those lyrics on a full-on track ?? Maybe he was in a hurry to release the album and someone suggested him to remix that motorcycle song ?? Or did he wanted to reach to the melodic trance crowd ??
