he mainly used lots of old keyboards, an kawai something especially there was a interview in which he discusses what keyboards he used, i know the sh101 is one of them haha |

it all comes down to what u know not what you got,
it be absurd with all respect to think ur gonna get his sound just because u use the same equipment as he uses, i guess thats what opensource means by ur missing the point, i totally agree with opensource,

i know he used sh101 if u really at least want one of the boards he uses, google and find out more if my suggestion is not enuff for u,,, |

yeah yeah offcourse its what you know.. but..
sure if you build the same set-up studio as someone you gonna get much closer to his sounds.
hell.. so many factory presets used lol offcourse it helps i got here a novation to check out few weeks ago and it defintly have that eat-static charechter since he use this one alot... |

He's using Nord Lead Rack 2, Access virus B desktop and Korg MS2000, plus an Akai Sampler.
Been working in a studio two doors from his so I've been there couple of times. |

there u go someone who's seen the guy's set-up...don't forget im sure dude did a bunch of processing and will all that processing alot of dat sound changes, thats the plain truth everyone knows that even with a cheap synth and great processing awesome results can be achieved, i've heard tracks done on a fuckn casio with processing sound freakn incredible... but if it makes u feel better that u have the same shit he has go ahead, its ur cash... id rather get something to my taste and learn it, shit i use hip-hop synths for psytrance get difeerent shit from everyone else will give u a more unique sound hence why i like ethnic instrument filtered and stuff, I never bee the type that wanted to sound like some other artist, i always been more keen to see how my favorite artist structure their songs, cus to me thats were it really is at and what seperate the pro's from the semi-pro.. most great songs dont have many track counts but their arrangement and melody plus perfect balance is what makes em so great,  |
