"I grew up playing in many different bands, from metal to punk to experimental jam rock and gigged around India since the age of 16. Ive always been open to many different genres of music and still listen to a wide variety of stuff. My *trAnCe MiSsiOn* began in San Francisco during the years of 2001 - 2004 and the project "aliEn meNtaL" was born. The sound is geared towards pushing the boundaries of goa/psy trance and fusing different genres of music together. The intention: to lift the consciousness of the dancer through wellpaced, consistent, mind bending-brain churning sequences. Expect uncompromising baselines filled with layers of sharp twisty leads to morphing textures that will take you to the deepest regions of your mind. I frequently rite music with the Fractal Cowboys ( Dylalien and Quasar) and have collabrated on trax with artists such as Ocelot, Zik, Ghreg on Earth, Highko, Dj Iguana, Mubali, Dejan, Entropy and many more...

FINAALLLYYYY!! haavee heeaarddd aalootttt about this one, saw the info on the insomnia site awhile ago and been waitingg since then ! Lalith has already put madras on the psymap (hehe helll yeahh!!) and this album definately is a milestone in indian psy and psy in general!  my best wishes to Lalith, Insomnia and everyone involved in the hacking of minds, which I hope will begin very very sooonn
