to choose between those synths u have to test them indeed, and buy the one u like most... It's a question of taste, deciding between those synths (or get them all, like sundrop says). Patches for a synth will never sound like on a commercial racord, because it's processed, mixed and mastered by the time it's in the finished track, and will sound much better then the dry sound coming out of the synth... A lot of people who start out don't understand this and think they are doing something wrong with the synth, which isn't true ofcourse. |
