Ok guys, so i have fallen into the psy dream and decided to start producing psy trance sounds. Found this great Forum and now i need some professional help in getting started. i already have a beast of a synth and now i need to become more mobile, using high power laptop etc. What i need to know is which program would suit me best for audio recording from the synth, sequencing and effects to make those great psy trax??? I need some serious help here! Names of effects, programs and extra equipement would be most appreciated. How have you guys set up your studios around a good synth?? This synth makes some amazing sounds, as some of you well know, I just need to convert them using musical talent into some new and fresh psy trance traks. please mail me on: geologistuk@hotmail.com Kind regards & light David |

Hi
Take care that you get a sound card with several analogins if you are going to use more external equipment.
Then you will be able to use you software, I would recommend the same as above, as a software mixer.
Plugins... names?
get waves, it's never a bad choice.
Native Instruments, always a good name.
Check for free plugins on the net.
good luck
