Alchemy Records is proud to present the next addition in our exclusive digital release series ....
BROKEN TOY :: FREAKSHOW ::::::::: !!!! OUT NOW !!!!
It's been a while since we had a release from James Copeland AKA Broken toy, but he`s back with a mini release called Freakshow.
Track 1, Freakshow, is a funk-driven slammer picking up where the last album left off. It`s the kind of low down and dirty groove only Broken toy can deliver and definitely one for those sundrenched afternoons in the great outdoors. By track 2 we are getting straight down to business with a more intense high-energy track suited for peak time rock the floor.
Then in the remix department, we have Broken Toys` take on fellow label mate Burn in noises` track – “Forces of the future”. A good set opener – it's got a huge intro that goes for miles before delivering and maintaining the epic psychedelic flow of the original.
And last but not least, a little taster and a treat from James new alter-ego, Nesono. Its a fat psychedelic tech house version of the Broken Toy classic “Low down and dirty”. Stealing bits and pieces from about every genre you can think of, it’s a laid back, syncopated monster dishing up pure unadulterated groove whilst funking your brain.
