im surprised no one bothered to review this!!

A debut release from the youngster Shanti, who produces under the name Juvenile.

The album has some very fine offerings, for those who are addicted to SPUNs release, this is a must have... its expected since they have bin promotin him since his earlier days...

The tracks are similar to GMS in many ways, very dancefloor oreinted and what gets to me the most are the rollign basslines & sounds that stand out played on a large system outdoors.

TRACKLISTING

1. Short Circuit
2. Shining
3. Screwloose
4. Dream machine
5. Mindshaft
6. Smells like victory
7. Predator
8. Fire in the hole
9. Spirit hose
10. The swarm

1. Slower track, not exactly a bomb but very interesting sounds and a nice breakdown.

2. Now things start picking up... especially after the 4 min mark, nice to get people out on the floor

3. Hehe. the names of the track says it all... SpuN type madness... great FX.

4. This one has caught my attention... what brilliant melodys!! This one got a lot of airtime in goa partys this season... B-L-I-S-S, very flowing sound. !

5. Has bin around for a while.. very GMS <not surprising...since he's got to live up to them >

6. Crazy whizzy sounds here... good bassline.

7. Whoah!! Spun sounds at work again... again the bassline we all love... a sure dancefloor bomb, kickass

8. A nice track with interesting FX, a great melody in this one, the 4 minute mark sees a change and it gets powerful after min5.

9. Crazy electrikfying sounds mixed with a GMS type rolling bass and a nice breakdown !! will work well on a dancefloor

10. hehe... he hasnt slowed down... for some reason I felt a CPU influence here, good track, altering sound interesting style !

--------------------------------------------

Having being converted to fullon only a while ago, im smitten by the new wave of morning styles... this release is a wonderful example of what im talking abt!!

@_@_@ Boom @_@_@
Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds.
If you cant convince them, c-o-n-f-u-s-e them !!

Not electrifying, but there are some good solid full on tracks on this if you like the GMS-like sounds. Nice work here from a young artist. It was refreshing to hear he tried some different stuff in the beginning of the album, but Juvenile is at his best when he's building it up to a melodic finisher. (Like in track 4) Entertaining is how I'd describe this release in one simple word.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. As death extinguishes us, so we become it."
