Maybe theirs something im missing here. But does anybody know if you can automate the values of the parameters that are routed in the mod matrix on Albino in FL 9? Last tweaked doesn't work. HELP PLEASE! Oh and ive tried google and it didn't really pull up anything, neither did the imageline forum. |

Ok, so doing some more research, i found more people with this problem. Apparently the matrix isn't an automatable parameter. Anybody find any tricks around this?

the matrix is just a different method of making some continuous changes to a parameter. depending on what exactly you are trying to achieve, you could possibly just automate that parameter directly in your host, instead of using the matrix. for example, you can automate the filter cutoff in the mod matrix by assigning and lfo to it. you can also do the same thing by drawing automation manually for filter cutoff, bypassing the matrix altogether. i don't know what you are trying to do, so it might be impossible to do either way.

To me it didn't work :S

i put record everything next to the play/pause button and tweak the knobs of the vst live, when i push spacebar (pause) it appears a clip in the play list with the moves i made, if i wanna make changes u can edit there, it works for me very nice

Yeah but not for the parameters from the Mod Matrix of Albino(?) The tweakings are not rememberd! |

why dont you take a look what parameters you are tweaking in the mod matrix, then try to imitate this by automation instead of in the mod matrix. some things may need a workaround. it would indeed make a nice addition to softsynths if the mod matrix could be automated. let them do cronox first please. |

well you can record live what you tweak...
using Silverspike Tapeit or Voxengo recorder...
That might be an option.... if you really cant find a work around...

yea, thats what I like edison for. Just arm it to record on play and start tweaking, drag and drop. But yea, that's what I just did, the results came out alright.I've got this pluggo plugin called comber that i threw on the albino channel to add some extra insanity to it.
