Albino, keyboard track, env rates ...

I got a question about keyboard track rate on Albino's filters : when set to 1 (full) how much values are added (in hertz) to the filter with one semitone movement (or if it is in octaves) ?
Is there any way to predict it or should it be calculated in percents of the set filter value ? Same with the filter env : when set to 1 (full) how much does it raise in hertz ?

Now of course the best way is to use those ears to feel those rates, but if anyone has solid answers they'd help a lot ...

Is there a general rule that can be applied on other synths as well or is it individual for specific manifactures ?
