Akai S2000 Sampler problem

hello 2 all 
i brang an akai sampler (s2000) 2 my studio not a long time ago, & when i turn it on it asks for a system disk.
well i searched & found out how 2 make 1.
but y it keep asking me for a system disk although i got one?
i tried 2 make more disks, but the same problem again & again...
help plz?

and the file here doesn't work? You have to unpack it, put the disk in the computer and then doubleclick the .exe you just unpacked... it will then make a bootdisk from of the disk you put in the computer. With that disk it should really work (it worked for my S3000XL...). |

yea thats what i did...
still dosent work though 
maybe some way 2 reset the sampler 2 its default settings, n then restart & putting system disk?
(its 2nd hand)

mmm... no error massege, only this:
please insert system disk
maybe somebody knows where i can get support for AKAI products in israel?
