i just bought a akai mpk25 keyboard and trying to mess around with it in ableton live..is it possible to play some note without pressing the record key? if i press record it usually have gone by many bars before i even had time to play something..how do i play let say 3 notes in 1 bar?
is there any good tutorial tips and tricks with this midi keyboard and ableton? it is also 3 buttons i don`t understand or get to work ."note repeat(pads)" "arp(keyboard)" "latch(keyboard)" "tap tempo"(this don`t trigger the taptempo in ableton?) i followed the manual to set it all up and it is all on default. how does you use your midi controller when making psy trance?
