Hey people, this is my first psy track I've finished. Well I might change a couple things but it's basically finished. Would like some opinions before I finalize everything. This is a straight drop from Ableton so it's not mastered at all.

Comments: This was made using Ableton Live 5, Almost all the synth sounds are made with Albino 2, except the Bass which was made with ReFx Vanguard.
Anyway let me know what you guys think
I think I accidentally squashed it a bit and some of the levels need to be adjusted.

Yo, cool track, like point_blank I can hear some old-school influences, with the ethnic melodic scales, some of the sounds, and the acid lines.
Well structured and nice varied sounds and melodies throughout.
It's not up with the latest trends of super-well-produced FM madness, complex percussion and whooshes and Booms, but on it's own it's a solid effort!
The fact that you're using Abelton Live is awesome. I really like that program and I'd switch if it wasn't for a few things. It means if you ever do a live set you'll have a lot of power to improvise.
My advise would be to keep practicing and reading and things like a beter grasp on EQ and compression will come naturally.

Thanx for the advice CrunchiMonkey, This is a very thick track so I'm going to have to master it carefully. Maybe I'll get up to par with the latest trends soon. I just got the Rob Papen "Blue" synth which has been making me understand FM synthesis more, So i'll be using alot more crazyness in the future, along with this kinda feel I'm guessing. Ahh with the tracks will always change, I'm always doing something different it seems, thanx for listening.
Anyone Else, Please?

well other than mastering this just is too retro if you changed your synth sounds to some newer more dynamic ones youd really have something here. I dont know if you are new to the genre or not but if you are just listen to some of the synths on current stuff. more psychedelia!!!! your melodies and arrangment are nice but the sounds need a makeover keep at it
what are you using???

the link is working if you wanna check out the new version, it's really alot better imo, you can actually hear alot more details in all the sounds because it's not squashed from the limiter.
Yeah I'll definately give some of your work a listen, thats how it works.
Oh, i'm using ableton live 5, Albino 2, and ReFx vanguard. Just bought Blue as well but didn't use it in this track. Still getting to know it.
