i have some friends who send me their tracks in aiff format. its known that media player cant open them and its ok - for that there is itunes/quicktime.
but i wanted to burn them on a cd as wav and neither wavelab or soundforge were able to recognize them... i was pressed for time - so i couldnt deal with it...
ill try opening it in cubase although i dont see the diffrence... did this happen to anyone?           "On the other hand, you have different fingers."

Sound forge should've been able to open them... But it should burn with Nero...
And you can burn with Itunes...

That's all types of wierd... I've burned audio cds with wav. and aiff on the same cd using nero and never had an issue...           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

Search google for another aiff codec.

Maybe u can use db audioware converter to convert the stuff, they have aiff codecs, i know coz i had to do the same some time ago. But best will be a new codec i think.            Signature
