i just heard Shiva Shidapu - Power of Celtic (WNE RMX). sounds pro to me. the sound is good and the music itself good. i think the leads now are little bit too loud and the bassline is little but too low. but that's personal taste. you played the main melody too early at the track for my opinion. and i dont like when you singing at 6:00.
these are just small remarks. is sounds very good! |

we'll recheck the leads and the bassline once more.. thanks..
about the singing, we really like them and they also "works" great in a party, it makes everyone scream

sounds great to me. how did you keep the resolution sounding so high after uploading it to youtube? it seems like whenever i upload anything, it produces all these nasty high freq artifacts that i don't hear in other people's music... like your for instance.. you obviously have no problem minxing your tracks down for internet streaming. how do you keep the artifacts from happening? |

heya antidentity, to be honest, i don't really know (: we also used to have this problem in the past, but its much better now i think. might be the quality before uploading, if upload less compressed file, it sounds better, but might depend as well on the mix and master.
try uploading a high quality file (lets say if its mp3, at least 320kbps), and it gives you options of what quality you want it.
you can also try uploading just a loop of hihats and EQ it differntly each time until you get the sound you want..

hey, antidentity, we use Movie Maker to upload our videos to YouTube. make sure to save your "MOVIE" in HD Quality (720p), it's available in the latest version of Movie Maker.
FYI- it'll make the file 300MB, but it's keep the quality
Makus, Wise N Evil is a 2 people "band", Mr. Wise used to make House & Dance music in the past, Mr. Evil always was in the Trance sence. Wise is the gifted guy, but he still has "leftovers" from the past.. and thats where Mr. Evil comes in and thats what makes our music, Wise & Evil, we try to create complicated stuff but also wicked and surprising. (atleast we think)
thats more or less the meaning of the name.

I'll take that as a compliment.
we don't deny that infected is the reference to our music, i think they invented a new genre, we call it psychedelic pop trance (: like a catchy trance music that can touch more people than trance fans only. i think that because of infected mushroom, there was a drastic increase in the amount of trance listeners and we like the way they do it. though, i really don't think we imitate, artists always get ideas from other artists and its perfectly fine.. i also think that in our upcoming tracks, you will find that it sounds different, but its still the same genre

yeah it was a compliment u know its just im hearing too much infected in your music i didnt say its imitation or something your very talented guys and i can feel u have good potential and u can develop unique sound 'the wisenevil sound' u know..
