... before, usually me and friends meet at somebody house to drink, smoke/relax
... after, if the party was near my city, we go to a farm of a friend to get back to the "normal" life !!

before the party i drink a few beers..
after the party i get some sleep..
as simple as that..
if it's some big act (such as SIMON) i usually listen to some of his albums before the party..

before the party i usually sit together with my friends that come to the party too and have some chillums/beers.
after the party i have a shower + sleep or shower + making music or shower + tv
i usually dont sleep after the parties, because when i wake up then, i'm mostly in bad mood...so i tendto stay awake to enjoy the good afterpartylike mood!

Sleep before the party, but not too close. I want to have at least 2 hours between sleep and the party. After that either watch tv, play the comp or be with friends.
After the party - come home make some food and sleep. Shower can wait

before a party I usually go out to drink in some local bar/pub and maybe i find some girls to come with me to the party.

i just chill.. listen to some music...
hang out with friends... get plastered...
somehow there's always "Drama" before the party or the whole way getting there and once your there its all good...
After ... just chill come home.. sleeping is impossible... be on the computer watch tv.. eat and then eventually sleep |

Well that depends on the party.
But i have one rule for before:
->never take drugs or drink (except of course ).
That's because you never know what's going to happen next. Imagine if the party isn't what you were expecting and you get there full of drugs inside your head... you get really disappointed
       
And a rule for the after:
->Stop taking drugs!!
Reality is far away and at that time i don't want to go any further...
