I know a guy from Brazil making some music(and this sample really sounds like his music) under this project name!
If so I can try to know the track title. I think it´s not released as far as he has no psy trance released tracks.

He is a progressive artist from Israel. if I'm not wrong. he has a track on set:4 compilation.
