I'm looking for some new studio monitors.
Right now I have a pair of Tannoy reveals passive, but it's missing some bass.
So what would you advice me to buy?

Assuming that you will not use your Reveals, for 99 euros extra you get the Blue Sky Media Desk 2.1 System, which has received some excellent reviews both from users and editors in music magazines. The price is 599 euros in Music Store in Germany, www.musicstorekoeln.de

A friend told me once that the biggest mistake we make is that we believe we live, when in reality we are sleeping in the waiting room of life.

How about the Alesis M1 Active MK2?
They seem to have good specs!

For that price range it's not easy in my opinion...
I rather wait and save a few euros and buy a decent pair of monitors!
Forguet Emu, Alesis and all that price range, they promiss a lot for less but in the end there's allways something missing imo....
As Atropa said the Samson with this new Rubycon tweeter technology are worthy to try and listen it.
My choice at the time when i bought, a couple of years ago was the Event 20/20 bas v2 and i'm still happy, good bass and don't harsh my ears!!!
But in the end for how mush cost your monitors you still need to get use to them and listen how they react with the accoustics of your room!
