Ok here's the story, I got this 12year old girl errr i mean she's my singer... she's like an excellent singer and everything, everybody tells her that she has the ''best voice they have ever heard'' and i agree whole heatedly and we are good freinds and have worked with each other [im only 19 myself] for about 3 years now since she was 9 in my musical endeavors/productions etc...so anyway...
The bottom line is she has the the makings of the next Miley Cyrus/Hilary Duff, and we like to work together, i mean i wanna make a super electronic music hit with her, it would make me and her the happiest people ever i just don't know excatly how to go about doing this.
I think the best way to do this is to record a demo song with her singing in it, send it to this rich very experiened musician/pro sound installation guy in my area, and if he thinks there is a big potential take it from there, but i know there is a big potential, heck she is certainly the next Miley Cyrus.
I hope im makin some kind of sence. Any advice at all for us? btw ive been makin ''electronic music'' for 6 years now. |

@ZorK, i have never created a song with her jsut singing up till now ive only created songs with her speaking in it.
its not even so much the demo im concerned about and plus i alone can't create something that could be a mega radio hit, i would need more help. I want to create the next blue or something you know? no more fiddling around here, i realize her potential
its her personality and her looks that is so unique, basicly i wanna make her a star.
i mean what can i say, certain girls sell, and NOTHING would make me happier than to perform on stage with her.
cheers guys, im just trying to make a plan here...
Can someone here help me maybe haha? i prlly sound amatuerish lol srry. |

i believe every word and here is my advice.
let her grow up and help to improve her voice and her musical skills too. make music with her, not radio hits. record stuff, have fun. when she really found her style then i'm sure about a good outcome.
man, she is 12. it's about music i guess, not about fame. or do you really want her to be another britney?
just my opinion. there is enough time to become a star and to marry her as well |

my advice to u would be..... let her age and grow up b4 u plan anything big. In this time u can work hard practicing making music in diffrent genre.
keep working with her and help her. But i think 12 is to young to be in the music industy. look what happend to Micheal jackson and Brittany lol just kidding.
There is enough time to become a star and to marry her as well .....lol sly |

agree totally ... she's at the ripe age to be focused on learning all and the best that you can.
more practice = more perfect!!
PS - life can also teach much. let her live it fully too!! Plays a significant part in a persons development!!
Good Luck and God Bless!!

''Man, you gotta be moving to Hollywood now''
Well hey it crossed my mind LOL ahahah
but yes, that guy i was talking about [rich pro guy] expressed an interest in our ideas [well hey lets face it there my ideas lol]
but...asked him to kindly wait untill i have recorded a full demo song with sung lyrics, [in november] then we can present ourselves as a team [the only way i want to do this] and he can judge everything about us/her.
@Caduceus get a life dude cuz your barking at the wrong idea there buddy. i am not like that. I llike her only as a friend [for now]. coughhhhh. |

My advise would be, let her grow a little bit more and make her study\attend voice training lessons that will allow her to develop her "suposed" singer potential.
If she want to be famous now (kinds of worry me that having a 12 years old manges to convince a 19 year old young man to help her getting famous, as being famous is being on a dangerous zone, she could easly became a broken toy), just find out where the next "new Stars TV show" (for example X factor etc) starts. If she is so incredible, she will win it, she will be happy, you will be happy and the world will be perfect.

Child stars = fucked up future. (In general)
Keep her grounded!
Show her some picture of todays crack whore pop stars in the darkest hour and keep her under wraps until she grows up a bit.

I really have to agree with many of the comments... Let her grow up having a semi normal life... Don't let her get disconnected to reality at such an early age. Many of these child stars weren't even really allowed to live a normal life while they were gathering fame, and that creates a disproportionate view of society and of life as a whole...
Also even at 19, I had a lot to learn about how the world works, and even now at 28, I'm still fuzzy on many details... So give yourself time too.... Spend more time making music and enjoying your youth rather than worry about being a star... I've had some friends in my youth that were child actors, and they told me that they really wished that they could have just been a kid, instead of a star...
