Do you really think that those mails are coming from Isratrance mail server ?
C'mon ppl, and those mails you got from fbi.gov & cia.gov, where do you think they are coming from ?

No they are not.
Just one of the key words for helping the worm spread himself
is the word "admin" in the mail adress thats why happen.
