Hey there!

I, as probably lots of other people using FL, am using the filebrowser to check out samples as the track is running in the background. My problem is that my mix is ususally waaay more quiet than most samples, so I need a way of turning down the sample preview volume in the filebrowser.

Is there a way?

If not, what alternatives do I have in instant samplepreview/organizer with such a feature?

Lotsa love!

You can do the following:
Go to options->settings->audio->mixer. There next to "preview mixer track" scroll to a mixer channel of your liking, say channel 50. When you do that all sample preview is gonna come out of mixer channel 50. So now you can turn the volume up or down or even preview samples with fx on them.
Cheers!            Peace, Love, Death metal

That's definitely a cool way to go for it, thank you Fat Data. It would be really cool if you could use one of these useless send channels in Fruity instead.           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:
