Indeed, seems like these colors can't be optimized too much . I couldn't get it less than 12kb. I suggest you to get another image and forget about this one;-)

any idea why it is like that? its a usual pic from my cam, just a bit modded with ps...but I also tried to get raw pics from the cam smaller, and no way

how did you do that btw? everything rest is optimized without a problem but not this one...
