this one is a GREAT PAGE!!! hosted by MEGALOPSY (one of the most respected psy-trance act from latin america, also M. Filter can speak to you a lot about its own project Megalopsy  )
In this page all artist are from Latin America.
..there are a lot more pages from diferentteams frommexico, brazil, argentina, chile, bolivia, costa rica etc... which I will try to post later ebut this ones here are a good start to investigate! There a lot free mp3 examples too to listen
