hi guys.
I know I am wishing the impossible.
I have a room of 3.6 m x3.6 m, height: 2.7 m
The walls are very light AAC (in Israel it's called "Itung")
This means all low freqs will probably escape these walls.

Is it practical to somehow minimize the neighboors anger ?

Or shall I dig a deep concrete basement under the home ?

put a vacuum cleaner in front of your woofer and have it on to suck in those frequencies           Monitoring devices, know where you go
Mass media, total control
Digital delight, desire in megabite
Data overflow, virtual suicide
This information, is disinformation
Truth is hidden, knowledge forbidden

Sound Isolation = Mass

Isolating your room = Forget it

Using your Basement = Brilliant idea           A friend told me once that the biggest mistake we make is that we believe we live, when in reality we are sleeping in the waiting room of life.

Maybe with foam and basstraps but it could be expansive and not so effective...

Ytong AAC isn't called that way only in Israel

It's a great thermal isolation lighweight building material, but for isolating sound, you need heavier and massive walls as Alex pointed out.

Sound isolation can also be achieved if you build another room in your room, keeping distance for air layer between the walls. This saves you from building a massive wall.

As you said, you are wishing for something, but it's possible, money is a magician in this game           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
