made Xs into pentode overdrive if some are curious to hear,tweaked stuf manualy bit bad performance tweaking knobs but it s just to check the sound..
1 osc saw or pulse > lp , reso 2/3 at limit of selfoscillation, sometimes i turn in a bit more into self osc + little fitler envelop and lfo > culture vulture P1> cut low

yeah when set flat i think it s +1/-1 db from 40Hz to 20 hz or something like that.. but after 40hz it can drop really fast depending the setting used. it can still be used it may need boost after the cv.. or bets is in parrallel . some told me their dont drop any..so dunno..it s maybe my tubes and also the transformers
stuff with low end i like it in the foogers , did you try the mf 108 to compress /saturate kicks? dunno how it would work on psy kick but on drum machines it can make it tick /compact !

I wouldn't do that really, as soon as I start overdriving the input of the MF-108, it starts getting noisy. Its fine with material that has highs in, but the tail of the kick will need some noise shaping/additional LPF to filter out the noise.

did you try psy bass in the mf 108 amp too? not really needed with your moog synth i guess. might give too much of that color.. but on plugs i wonder how it would work..probably nice, but not in the red |

Like I said, its noisy if you over do it. Besides the Phatty has the overload mod on the VCF and you can do the same in the Minitaur if you feed the headphone output, into the audio input and mix the audio in knob, in the under the hood functions.
Will try it out through the MF-108 as well, just to make sure...it just adds noise after the LPF, which will be there when the filter closes. But worth a try for sure.

noisy and even crackle i got when overdriving some stuff with the foogers, use it more for subbtle warming and to limit peaks a little. but will try it again for overdrive, i like your sample with the xox, it have nice caractere too |

yeah only the 108 gives that character, the MF-102 gives a different one. can't wait to get the MF-103 Phaser, I heard great things about its sweet overdrive and for making mono sounds, stereo that do not cancel out when monofying the mix. should be here in the next few days.

nice mate it sound really good from the samples i heard..i wish i could have all these foogers in 2 examplair.. for big wide stereo sound that would be awesome but totally crazy considering the price..
still havent used the mf108 with the stereo output, do you use it sometimes? |
