hey all 
well im trying to automate this beast within Logic 5 and cant for the life of me work out how to assign, say, the cut-off frequency (or anything!), to an automation channel...
usually with VSTi's i just click and hold the automation box for that track on the arrange page and it tells me whats what.
but all absynth comes up with is controller 'blah-blah' - not assigned.
so how do i assign?
any tips greatly appreciated

U can assign any controller number in Absynth.
So let say - 74 is cutoff filter.
then you can automate it in Logic using the simple HyperDraw controller drawings...
