About the top 10

I have a user "survey1" and posted a top 10 but i created a new project and already made a new username.
Now i can't post on top 10 section again, but in this case it's really a new user with other sound direction.
Don't know why i cant post another top10, i think you could be less rigid on the rules regarding to this.
