btw another interesting fact in this poll is to see how many people actually did not vote for any festival:). why is this?
sometimes i feel like i am fallen into a separate trance culture if i open the trance forums. a different one. a virtual one, a fake one:). reality is different:).

and so which is the best producer again? where are the final results?

i did not vote. no need to put anyone as the best. many like me did not either.

moki . there was only 200 people voting...
most are israelis i think , where there are maximum 3 festivals a year , and some more-then-12 hours parties that makes a joke about being festival.
im sure in any german forum there will be much more related to festivals. its quite expensive for peaople earning 1000$ and pay for life to arange that kind of trip to europe or anywhere else..
here there is minimum of 200 people evry party i see , simply they are not isratrance users.. used to be all the hype here until they made the parties open for anyone without register so to keep the underground all moved

Isratrance is where you find trance geeks.

As many other groups, its follows a "normal distribution" so geek are a minority, and most people is the middle and likes awfull full on.

also isratrance is one of the forums more focused in discussing music, culture and other "theory" of the scene, while in many national forums people concentrates in party life.

yes, for sure, i even started to respect isratrance hundred times more than in the beginning - because i have more important issues in my head than reading 200 opinions about how great was the party and how nobody remembers what actually happened there - like it is in other forums.

but i mean, this poll is really a bit missleading, i agree with mk in some points....
artists voted for their own labels.
lots of people votes exactly for those names who have been mostly discussed in isratrance lately. like, you know, it is a bit like a sort of a butterfly effect....so we have at the end the names that have been mostly discussed - with good or bad. cool. now we have an idea of who is the best one. the one who is mostly in the mouth of people discussing gossips.

and really, i did not see all the pages, but those that i opened : people did not vote for a festival. so it is questionable who actually voted here. the festival freaks or someone else.

theyre being discussed because there is something to talk about them: they aregood.

People around here explores a lot and if something is good the word spreads and other go and listen to.

Pure free market mechanics, the invisble hand at its best.

))) the invisible hand of adam smith describes a balancing market mechanism that establishes the most appropriate price for the whole community of consumers and producers. i dont see how this happens through a poll where only 200 people took part and btw more of the half of them were not consumers but producers or labels:)))).

but anyway, let us see the results please. who is the best one? btw i personally behave in no accordance with the invisible hand of adam smith. some experts like noam chomsky critisised the invisible hand quite hard .... the problem is that the invisible hand works on the market itself and not in theory. it means buying. one day you should do the same poll but only concerning the real market. which is the best artist you paid for, which is the best release you bought, which is the best festival you paid for. then it is more real:) whatever, i wanna see the results. but i actually already assume who is the best on isratrance. )))))))))
i guess this year will be like the last, some will play for 1000 euro, others for 5 euro. to me i have seen beautiful creatures from both sides.

Moki you didnt vote but somehow you got 2 pages of stuff to say for something you didnt spend 2 minutes to participate.Dennis said what he had to say by posting an empty vote in every category, you could do the same you know.

You remind me of all the people who dont vote when elections time arrives but got an opinion about everything regarding politics in their everyday life and usually complain about everything and everyone.

Get a boyfriend girl and stop analysing everything you see on the internet.

By the way you already told us you got a college degree so no need to mention Adam Smith and Chomsky and give us advices on how this poll should be,we have also been to more and better colleges but we dont make a fuss about it because we are here to have fun and not to prove who is the best and who is the worst.

And to be honest i wouldnt even spend a minute answering to you if you didnt have great tits.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

its works in the little market that is this community, here people gather information, artist and labels get reputation and consumer share tastes then building one of the most important features of free market: perfect information.

Free market is not about buying, in fact it could exist just with barter of good and services.

Those who speak against the almighty invisble hand will be crushed by his almighty invisible power JOJOJOJO

login: well if adam smith was right with the invisible hand, the world would not be in a financial crisis in all industries right now:))). dont you think? obviously the consumer and the producers did not manage to meet in the coordinate system:).

btw i would have voted too if i could vote for all the different styles separately.....i cant answer in one. it is impossible....
so i guess it is not so much about lack of interest .....i just cant vote for one style only.....

p.s. and about noam chomsky, really check this guy, he is very famous in the alternative circles , he is actually a representative of anarchy....he claimed that the invisible hand is not really the right model....
