I had downloaded some Vst´s for Cubase sx, I had installed then, but they seem not to be in Cubase, How can I Open then in Cubase? And How can I open some equalization for some track in cubase?

Put the plugins in the vstplugins folder (the dll files).

To open eq on a track, press F3 to go to the mixer, click the little "e" in the track you want to equalize. It's there.
