How u buy your CDS? Listen first & than buy? Or without listening?
I trust the artist to create good music so I never listen.

Mostly i listen to the music before i buy. Only artists i trust i buy without listen before, like the new goa gil mix, there was no question for me that it could be bad
But for example other va' i always listen at least the previews at psyshop, where i always buy my cds. Or better if a friend already got the cd, or at a party if someone is playing it.
Peace

Listen to it before you buy, or else you will end up with a load of junk, and miss some of the good stuff.
Also, since not so many people buy music anymore, its important to support the best artists.

Usually I listen the album before I buy it, sometimes even on the cd store, checking 1-3 tracks on the store, if I like what I hear, so I buy it, usually along with some other album I already wanted..

Usually I listen to it (70% of the time), but sometimes I bought before pre-listening (Sirius Isness - Breaking the Matrix, VA - Check In, VA - Positive Prototype, Rinkadink - Pirate Signal, etc)...
Sometimes I get disappointed (like with Sirius Isness - Breaking the Matrix), maybe it's because I do that with high expectations...
I learnt a lesson: usually exceptional albums have a strong feedback BEFORE they're released (not on Top 10, but at promotional threads and stuff like that).

Not listening before buying cd's is stupid. Take the new Cell album for instance. I trusted him to make something special, but in my ears he failed to do so. If I hadn't listened to online samples, I might've bought that cd and regretted it. Now I don't have to. I never trust an artist. I've done so in the past a few times, and was disappointed in 2 of 3 cases. That's not gonna happen to me again.
