About a track's origin.

I have a question about the track 'Cosmosis - Re Order', that it's indeed a good track or at least I like it.
Today, a mate frome the residence I'm living now showed me a track called 'New Order - Blue Monday'. I don't know where he taked it from but I think it sounds equal than the cosmosis' one but slower.
Has Cosmosis taken the idea from that track?
Anyone knows anything about that topic?
