About a "market" on isratrance.

Is it possible to make a Market here on isratrance where people can sell their used records, CD's merchandising ect ect?
I am aware of that some traders would properly sneak in too but with the effective stricht moderator spirit in this forum I am sure they would get erased in no time 
I for one have a huge collection of rare vinyl's I like to get rid of and I am not that much into ebay... so a good idea or?

2 weeks and that section is 99% traders.
Unless you got some way to prove you actually got the record, with a photo or something

EP this idea has been discused again in the past but i dont think that its easy to apply in such a big place with so diverse kinds of people.

EP that might be a good idea but in the meantime why don't you make a thread about what Vinyls you want to sell and how much you are asking for them? If the Isratrance team sees that it goes well and that there is interest for this kind of thing then maybe they would be more inclined to go ahead and make a new section?
Mike it is very easy to tell around here who is a trader and who isn't. No one is going to sell burned CD's here because they can just download them for free.

I did not know it was "legal" to make such a thread here? But if it is legal I will for sure do it as soon as I have written all titles down and found a price. |

Well one rule could be that you actually have to list what you're selling with artist name, title of track, album title ect. and the label name + year of release + and of course the price... It would be quite hard for a trader to list all this without getting busted simply because most traders know shit about titles and other info and because many of them think fake titles are the read deal. I doubt any trader actually have all these data from their mp3 files and I am sure many people would actually check if it's a trader to see what that person have to offer... I know I would and then I would post his name in the forum telling people that he/she are selling or trading pirated CD's.... I am sure the moderators would instantly ban him from the forum
I am sure most of us would spot a trader within seconds.
So dont reject the suggestion before you have tried it out. |

just one thing to add to the EP's list....u should also add catalog number, because one who hasnt got the real cd, doesnt know the number, but all the other info can be looked up easily...
so if anyone want to seel a cd it'd look like this:
HMCD31 - HOMmega Rec's - Psysex - Come In Peace - 2003
and then the tracklist underneath!
the idea with the market sounds veeery good!! it could also be used for dj/producer equipment, paintings etc...
PLUS: IF it'll be realized u'd also have to make some guidelines how to create the prices....like making a chart of relationship between age and original price, with fixed prices that u have to give to the articles... Anakoluth A Pebble in Your Eardrum's Shoe since 2001!

Every info regarding a cd can be found easily on the net.
I suggest that this shop start small and then grows big and that all the buyers know each other or something.
