Appreciation/tips thread to be more accurate. I just wanted to share my love for this awesome plugin and share ways we use it. Feel free to comment and share your own.

I do a lot of simple, but effective things with it. For instance, if I have some arpeggiated seq, I can do a lot to vary the pattern just by using grain delay (I get good results with a 3/4th note delay). You can further alter the seq by automating the delay amount (2-4 bar steps of automation work well for me). I usually do this 100% wet, 60 Hz and around 30% feedback- I try to use just enough. Of course, you can't forget about playing with grain delay's pitch .

I also like putting grain delay on a send channel. I generally use it to fade out sounds that don't have a release.           http://soundcloud.com/ascensionsound

Never been able to get a good sound out of it for what I'm using Live for at the moment, which is basically DJing. Any good effects (besides the awesome fade to grey) that works well on full tracks rather than stems or elements?
