Are you suggesting that when you bounce - the samples shift so they are no longer perfectly in time?
Ie - Silence is added at the beginning of the bounce and everything moves along?
I've not encountered that in Ableton - although in Cubase sometimes a 128th is added at the end of a bounce and over time as I duplicate along my 1 bar moves out of time. It's a massive bug and you only notice if you zoom in to the maximum resolution.

Just thought I'd share that I rewire Reason into Live and can't find any of this in my projects.

hmmm from my experiance almost every prog does that to some extent. floops adds some stuff to the sample start and also doesnt always wrap proper, and when recording in logic5 i sometimes get things that are nudged forward (though this can be attributed to asio settings).
in any case, i always after exporting audio and importing it, no matter how or where it was made, zoom into the audio pieces, cut and manipulate so that everything is on time.
there were rare occasions where this error introduced a nice sorta swing though ehehe

yeah. from my experience , this had happened to me alot (and not just in ableton), especially when using tones of chained/grouped effects on track "that's about to be bounced". this is logical tho: each effect (especially when in full wet mode) slightly delays the signal output, and when having group of effects (wet mode), this delay becomes quite noticable. try to adjust dry/wet ratio, this should bypass some of the direct signal which in turn would not fall out of synch.
or you can always re-warp bounced tracks.

I think it's that certain 3rd part plugins don't send a proper time signal to the midi clock
gotta watch the fx you use if you don't want to be off-time
