Ableton¢s famous sequencer has recently updated to the 7th version. The software¢s capabilities have been amazingly increased making it very useful in various aspects of electronic music production. In this workshop we will preview Live 7 new tools and functions, with focus in software's dj-ing and remixing capabilities. Some of the seminar¢s key topics are :
*Warping Modes/time stretching "on the fly"
*Setting up Live for dj-ing
*Creating cue mixes
*Setting up and ussing dj style effects
*MIDI controllers setup for dj-ing
*mixing Live with cdjs
*Organizing and analyzing mp3's
*Basic Production aspects
*MIDI sequencing
*Using external hardware with Live
*Vocals editing with remixing purposes

considering that the previous was imazing imagine the new one...
Live has been constructed to make our life easy although i have never used it for mixing....
Great sequenser, good sound, facilities for the users and an absolute synchronisation!

Its something more than a sequencer.
With its tempo based functions and devices improves your workflow and your inspiration turns into MIDI much faster

I know man it is for sure more than a seq.
It has anything you need to compose music,very easy to use and faster in use than any other music program for sure.
Allthough all programs have different sound and skills and it is good to use them all if you want my opinion.
Live has a little bit of metallic sound i dont know if this have changed but it is the only thing i don't like.
Anyway many ppl have changed music program when they had discovered Ableton
For sure Live makes the difference !!!! |
