Ableton Live problem

I have a problem with my liveset.
I have set the whole thing up and mixed all of the tracks. Now I want to add some fx, loops etc. that I can play with, when performing.
But every time I add a loop or write a synth into the piano roll, it gets delayed for like 5-6 ms... Anyone know what to do??

You notice 5-6 ms a delay? 
Back to the topic, is the midi button armed for that channel? Cause i´ve noticed that i get some x-tra latency if i trigg a midi channel and have the midibutton armed

Are you talking about a latency controlling fx from a controller?
Its hard to imagine what you're talking about..try to be more specific..
Obviously make sure your track delays are all set to 0 ms

Vegetal > I have no idea what "Armed" means...  I have only worked with live for a few weeks now. 
But I did find out that if I choose the note on the piano roll and select "Quantize" then I can place it with 1/16 and place the note at the end, in the last space, then I will hear it as being played on the first beat...
Very weird...
