I just satrted using ableton en my mac and i found som vst buen i cant open them in ableton, how do i make them appear and how do they install into my mac?

Make sure you have the VST installed and then it should appear in your VST section on the left menu. It's the icon that looks like a plug. If it's not there then you may have to go to Preferences and I think it's the File tab or something about that and click the Rescan button. If it doesn't show up there then I'm not sure, all my VSTs show up as long as they're installed correctly.

Are you sure you are using AU versions of the plugin? Mac does not support VST or VSTi           "Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth."
