Is there any way to save a warp settings??
For example, I have two mono file, L and R, and want to warp these files. Assuming the files are from same recording, could I copy the warp settings of one sample to other???

If you look at the clip by double clicking on it either in the arrangement view or the session view like you would to set the warp settings, there should be a button titled save in between buttons that say RAM and HI-Q I think. It should be next to where you would warp it at. If you save the clip, it will store any info on it like warp settings, etc...
Also when ableton warps something, it creates a file with the .asd extension onto it. That should save at least the warp speed, but the best way to make sure is to do the little save clip thing on the clip info page near the bottom of the screen

Try setting your warp markers on one of the files and hit Save. Now go find that file and it's associated .asd file. Make a copy of the .asd and rename it to match the other file you want to copy the warp markers to.
So if you have :
DrumTrack-L.wav
DrumTrack-R.wav
1)Set the warp markers on DrumTrack-L.wav.
2)Copy DrumTrack-L.wav.asd to DrumTrack-R.wav.asd
The warp markers should now be copied from DrumTrack-L.wav to DrumTrack-R.wav |
